Have your new person go through this site first. Do not let them sign up on their own - you are just looking for problems that way, as is explained on other pages here.
Basically, what you are going to do with each new person is on the Basic Training page. Just go through that with them and you will have a person that will stay with MMM Global for life and will change their life in the process.
