(d) the completion of the construction of the Northern Access Road to NA's satisfaction in accordance with clause 10.5 and the due granting of rights of way over the Northern Access Road in accordance with clause 10.6;
(e) delivery of evidence satisfactory to NA that rights of way over the temporary access road referred to in clause 10.8 have been validly granted and registered in accordance with that clause;
(f) the resignation and replacement of KT's Authorised Representatives and such...
